About "Art.com" Answer

How do people do manga andphoto manipulation on DeviantArt.com? What kind of softwaredo I need?
Something not so hard to use, but a good software program.
You mean stuff like Mikutashi, Johnsu, and Frzdragon, right? Most people that do anything decent use Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Flash, usually the CS3 version. They're pretty easy programs to use once you get the hang of it, but are darn expensive. Like, almost as much as your computer if you get them seperatly expensive. If you don't need as high quality stuff, then you can usually find manga-making or photo-manipulating software for a lot less. Oh, I think that they use tablets as well. Those aren't as expensive, but take some practice to get used to.
Any way I can get an artist ondeviant art.com to illustratemy story for free?
For a while now, I've been looking for someone to illustrate a story I've posted on fan fiction.net (and maybe a couple others)I did post in the forum of that site and so nothing's turned up. I CAN'T afford to pay somebody to do it but is there a way I can get someone to illustrate my story for free? would like to know. thanks!
you can ask. You might be better off making an agreement that if the story sells for a profit they would get X% of the price or a set price. That way they aren't doing it for free for you to get rich. It may be great for a budding new artist who wants portfolio work also. No matter what, the only way to know is to ask.
Can I sell my art photos onart.com or another website?
What are some instructions for doing that?
Try EBay.
