How can I have a personalrelationship with God? ? |

I was a Catholic who was
converted to a Wiccan for
years and now I think I have
done the wrong thing by
converting although I much
more prefer to have that
personal relationship with the
divine as in Wicca. I like to
worship and pray in the
privacy of my home using my
own devices (music, art,
poetry.) How can I have a
personal, artful relationship
with God without being
considered a Witch? I left
Catholicism because our church
had very strict rules on how
to worship. |

Here's a suggestion:
I have often wondered where
the notion of England as a
superior nation originated. I
encountered a little of this
nonsense regarding its sense
of superiority through their
abduction of people's
possessions. For example,
their all-time favorite sport,
football, was created in China
before the name of Jesus was
even heard. I consider this
complete forgery. Not only
that, but only a third of
their vocabulary can be
classed as their own; the rest
is Latin. Recalling the memory
of the Beijing Olympics in
2008, there is nothing to
suggest their superiority. Let
me put it this way, would
stereotyping be demolished if
I bring fish and chips back
home on Friday nights, drink
pints of ale until I become
completely legless, and
constantly watch the most
popular sport of football?
Think about you treat us
rather than about how we treat
you.
I must admit that some of the
parts to this are slightly
confusing, and I can't tell
exactly where you are going to
prove this, so I have tried to
improve this to a degree by
improving some of the flow
issues. It still has a formal
air, but it also flows much
better. I'd suggest that
removing the personal pronouns
such as "you" and "I" could
make the paragraph a tad more
formal. Then again, that all
depends on your point in the
paragraph. Also, the last few
sentences are a little
confusing. You may want to see
if you can edit these a bit so
that they make more sense.
Interesting information,
though. I hope my suggestions
