About "Avis Rent A Car" Answer

Who is the CEO of AvisRent-a-car? What is hismailing address? Name andaddress of public relationsperson?
I want to mail a letter of complaint. I need the name and business address of the President/CEO of Avis Rent-a-Car. I would like to send a copy of my letter to someone in Avis' Public Relations office. If you can think of anyone else I should address a letter to, please feel free to suggest his/her name and address. Thank you!
The best way to send a complaint is not to the CEO or the PR department of the company. The chances that either will see or respond to your letter are pretty slim. It is likely that your letter will be redirected by an admin to the appropriate department, which in the case of customer-related matters, would be the customer service department. It's better to send it directly to the right location, especially if you want a faster response. Letters getting forwarded internally from department to department, person to person, will only lengthen the time to have your complaint resolved and will likely add to your frustration. The only time you should escalate your complaint within the company is if you have not heard a response from customer service. Give them a reasonable amount of time to respond, as I'm sure they have hundreds of other complaints they're working to resolve at the same time. If you find you're not getting anywhere with a customer service agent, ask to speak to their supervisor. If you don't get anywhere with the supervisor, ask to speak to the director of customer service, followed by the VP of customer service and so on. And remember to get the names of anyone you do talk to and document your conversations. The last resort would be to notify the local Better Business Bureau where the company is based. The fastest way nowadays is via on-line customer response tools. I found the one for Avis: https://www.avis.com/AvisWeb/c ustomerservice/InvokeFeedback You can fill out your contact information (including e-mail address) if you want a response. If you still want to send them a letter, here is the address: Avis World Headquarters 6 Sylvan Way Parsippany, NJ 07054 (973) 496-3500
Where is Avis Rent-a-Car atLAX Airport and how do I findit?
Hi, I need to return my car to AVIS at LAX today but can't find an address for it. Anyone out there been to LAX? If I enter the airport rotunda, will I see signs guiding me to the rental car place? Thank you.
All of the roads leading into LAX direct you for "rental car return" - follow the signs and you'll get exactly where you need to go.
Why does Avis Rent A Car allowviolent people to work forthem?
I was attacked by an Avis guard who is still working for Avis. I rented a car at the Milw. WI aiport, the checkpoint guard verifies your id and will fill out an Avis form indicating dents prior to you removing the vehicle. The guard didn't want to give me the form. If I leave without the form I can be accused of damage I didn't do. The guard wrote on my contract, instead of giving me the Avis form. I asked the guard to sign her note. She finally agreed but,as I sat in the car and held my hand out for the form, the guard crushed my fingers and yanked arm back the opposite way almost breaking my arm. I called management who stated this guard had plenty of complaints before, but customers don't write letters, could you please write a letter? I checked back 1 week and 1 month later, the guard is still their. What does this say about Avis Rent A Car? Does the guard need to kill 32 people like the VirginiaTech Massacre before Avis pays attention? avisstinks@yahoo.com
Don't waste time writing letters to avis, file a lawsuit, if the guard does have prior complaints your word over hers is no contest, you can even get the other complaints to help prove your case.
