What Combat Engineer units areat Bliss and which units aredeploying? |

I've got permanent orders for
Bliss at the end of Feb and
have been trying to find out
what Engineer units are there.
I know that 1-1 Armor has
Engineers and that there is
another unit that's currently
in NTC prepping to deploy that
has engineers, just not sure
who they are.
Someone also mentioned AETF
(Army Evaluation Task Force)
having Engineers.
Anyone know which units are
there and their current
deployment status?
I'm not scared of deployment,
I've got some combat time
under these stripes.
My biggest worry is that a
stop loss will put a stop to
my whole SF packet until I
return.
I'm worried about my career
not my hide.
PCS orders do show you the
unit you will be assigned to,
however I'm prior service so I
won't figure that out until I
arrive at the retention. |

Does Time exist in an absolute
way? Think of a hypothetical
situation where you are
conscious, assured of
immortality, in a static
(unchanging) world full of
bliss and only bliss. In this
situation, what will happen to
the Time, or more precisely to
your idea of the Time? Will it
remain the same? |

That's a great question. I too
have thought of that. It seems
a waste of experience for all
spirits to exist within this
blissful place forever without
doing something productive.
That gives an opening for
reincarnation. I have no proof
of anything within any of my
'beliefs'. That's the
difference between proof and
faith. I just believe, I can't
prove. However, given the fact
that God is the most
intelligent Being there every
has been, He has a master plan
for the universe. What that is
will not be known by man until
and unless He decides to let
us in on it. Right now, we're
n ot prepared to deal with
that plan due to our
intelligence levels. There may
or may not come a time when we
know that master plan, but I
don't know about that. Anyway,
I believe that He has a plan
for each of us during this
life on earth. The universe is
so large that man cannot
fathom its immenseness. There
may be thousands of planets
out there that are inhabited
by beings created by God for
His purpose. We don't know
that. However, for me to think
of earth and human beings as I
know human being, being the
only life form within the
universe is being short
sighted and represents me
trying to limit God. We just
don't know, but it's
interesting to think about all
the possibilities. Regardless
of all that, the best any of
us can do while we are here on
earth is to be at peace and
enjoy this adventure. I wish

How long should it take to geton post housing at Fort Bliss? |

My husband is stationed on
Fort Bliss and I will be
moving there shortly. He is
currently living in barracks
and soon he will be applying
for on post housing. How long
does it usually take for E-3's
to get an on post house? |

I have been stationed there
and I am getting ready to go
back in 3 weeks. When I left,
they were building all new
housing and it seems to be
that they are now ready for
people to move in. They just
updated the web page yesterday
with new housing info. Check
