Why local phone shop caneasily unlock any cell phone?

Hi there, the stores are mostly using software to unlock your phones...I believe that method is altering the software and "flashing" them...this can void your warranty on your phone and possibly damage the software...if you call at&t and tmobile...the best method to unlock your phone is by Remote unlock code...which is simply entering a password...you can find these codes on http://www.cellunlocker.net or http://www.cellphoneunlock.net . Most of these stores will get their codes from unlock code distributors such as http://www.unlockcodesource.co m However as far as I know the distributors will not sell the codes to you unless you own a store etc...
