Who can help me get my moneyrefunded from CompUSA orApple?
My six month old macbook suddenly quit .... black ...... dead...for no known reason .......never to be used again. Apple said they would repair it for $890.00!!! I had Apple Care Protection and an extended warranty from CompUSA. I have talked to CompUSA and Apple to no avail. I have written and talked with the credit card company and .... alas ... they are not honoring their policy for complete satisfaction of goods and services. It amazes me that support people act like $2000.00 is a mere nothing! We have no rights as consumers!!! Help! What can I do to be heard?
Perhaps threaten to (or do) take it up with the Better Business Bureau.
who do I contact for computerrepairs now that COMPUSA isout of business?
I bought a computer under COMPUSA extended warranty contract and less than a year later they went out of business. Now the computer is broke and I need to get it repaired. Anyone know the contact info? Thanks in advance.
Read your warranty infomation there should be a support number listed. I don't know who the Warranty holder is on your product, but they are the ones to contact. If you lost the paperwork then I am sorry to say you aren't going to get very far.
Are the compusa clearancesales national(for storeseverywhere in the unitedstates)?
Last week all the compusas in my areas raised the clearance to up to 60% off all store items, the week prior was up to 50%. Is this going on throughout the united states? Also have they lowered prices again this week, or are they planning on doing so?
I have gone to a few of the closing stores. The highly discounted items that I went to look for were not really much cheaper than standard sales pricing elsewhere. The lack of returns made it a no go IMHO
