Nutrisystem, Ediets, JennyCraig- which one best homedelivery diet? |
|
I am trying to figure out
which diet is the best- budget
is an issue for me. Also, I
don't want my food to taste
horrible! Any suggestions? |
 |
My boss just started doing the
Nutrisystem diet. She really
likes it and says the food
cost about 160$ a month. I
don't know anything about the
others though. |

How does Sparkpeople.comcompare to Weight Watchers andEdiets? |
|
I really like Sparkpeople, but
am I missing something by not
using a paid site? Or is
Sparkpeople just as good? |
 |
I've not been on any paid diet
sites - but I've done the
Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem,
Atkins, cabbage diet- you name
it. I think Sparkpeople is
GREAT (I'm just starting, but
my sister has lost close to
40lbs.) - but you're going to
get what you put into it. It's
like exercising at the College
Phys Ed weight room (for free)
or get a membership to Gold's
Gym (I've done both) - you
still have to put in the time
for results. Why don't you try
(or keep on going with)
Sparkpeople - I think that
you'll enjoy the experience
and learn a bit about the
journey and a maybe a little
bit about yourself! Again, In
my opinion, Sparkpeople is
great (and doesn't have any
possible hidden agendas for
you since payment is not an
issue.) Good luck on your
diet! |

Ediets home delivery diet andbreastfeeding? |
|
Has anyone tried the ediets
delivery program while
breastfeeding?? Is it safe?
does it work? |
 |
I have never tried it but I am
breastfeeding. I think it
might be ok unless they add
any weight loss enhancing
vitamins or minerals to their
food that wouldn't normally be
in there. However the biggest
concern would be maintaining
your proper calorie intake. So
if you do decide to do it
check out the calories you
will be eating with that food
and maybe bump it up by adding
some extra snacks like fresh
fruit smoothies or veggies to
make sure you get the right
about to keep up your supply. |
