	How do you set an Epsonprinter to greyscale or justblack ink?
	I have an EPSON Stylus C120 Printer, and I've run out of color ink. I rarely use color ink anyway, so I don't want to bother to replace it, just want to use the black ink. I checked the properties tab of the printer, I don't see any button that allows me to click 'greyscale' or just black ink. Is it not possible to do so with this type of printer, and I'll be forced to go shell out more money for darn color ink?
	That would be because you cannot. Epson printers use colour to print black. The colour is used to darken and sharpen black ink to create a truer tone. This feature is part of the printers firm ware and cannot be overridden. You do need to replace the colour cartridges in order to continue printing.


	Is there a Epson printer thatdoes not have a smartchip inink cartridge?
	I'm planning to buy a Epson Stylus CX7400 or Epson Stylus Photo R260 or Epson Stylus C88+. Does any of these does NOT have smart chip in it?
	All new genuine Epson ink cartridges have an Intellidge Chip (the green chip) including the models you have mentioned. It allows for the safe removal of ink cartridges, the chip records data such as installs and head cleans - it tells the printer what cartridge it is and estimated ink level (i.e. full, low, empty). Ensures the wrong ink cartridge (i.e. for another printer) is not used, which could damage the printer (wrong ink etc.)


	What's the difference betweenthe Epson D68 printer and theD68 Photo Edition?
	I've lost the driver CD for my Epson D68 Photo Edition printer, but the Epson website only have drivers for the normal version of the D68. Would I lose something by installing them, or is the difference between the two a hardware one which the drivers don't have any control over?
	Get the D68 drivers from the website. They are the same and would not cause any problems. Good luck
