What's the best way to makesure Equifax and Experianremove the same inaccurateaccounts I had on TransUnion? |
|
I recently had two inaccurate
accounts removed from my
TransUnion credit report.
Since TransUnion has already
verified their inaccuracy and
removed them, what's the best
way to make sure Equifax and
Experian are on the same page? |

Why is Equifax credit scorethe most important? |
|
Everytime i see anything about
credit scores, they involve
first equifax, like the others
dont matter. Why is equifax so
important than the others, i
have a lower equifax score
than the other 2 bureaus, why
is that? is equifax more
inportant than the other? |
 |
Equifax offers you your FICO
score, the others do not. 90%
of lenders go by your FICO
score.
FICO could be lower, because
it is a more accurate view of
what you got. My TU is always
the highest, my experian
alwasy the lowest and my EQ is
always in the middle. |

Whats the difference betweenEquifax, Experian andTransUnion? Which one is thebest? |
|
Equifax, Experian and
TransUnion! Whats the
diffrence between these 3?
Which one is the biggest or
the best to contact when you
need to report you cards
stolen or fraud? |
 |
I suggest contacting all
three, though someone posted
contacting Trans union would
result in a report to all
three I'm not so sure.
The only difference is the
secret credit method they use
to score you. There are two
being used, and credit bureaus
may use both, one of the best
kept secrets of the last sixty
years, or so. One is fico, the
other is Fair Isaac.
Most of us in counseling have
a general idea of the scoring
process, but the exact,
absolutely exact point
accumulations, and minuses are
known only to the bureaus.
One other difference may be
that certain creditors,
lenders, landlords, job
inquiries may use this one, or
that one. That is why it is
important when requesting a
correction it be done on all
three. Here are the phone nums
for you hope this helps;
Experian 888-397-3742, Equifax
800-525-6285, 800-680-7289,
Trans-Union.
Some people are becoming very
resentful of credit bureaus,
as George Orwell's 1984
arrived a long time ago. They
are controversial lately for
accepting debt and putting it
on their records even if it is
over seven years old. They get
paid to put it on, and do not
check it if it is correct or
not, after seven years a
record should be deleted by
law. Factoring, the buying and
selling of debts, such a big
business now, that even
ancient debts being purchased
and put on cr bureas with the
hope it will come up when you
go to buy a car , or rent an
apt. Rather than go thru the
dispute process the owner of
the debt is hoping it would be
easier for you to just pay it,
especially if it is not a big
debt.
New regulations necessary for
credit bureaus, as they are
putting out a lot of false
info in the age of identity
theft, and debt buying and
selling. There should be some
verification process, before
debts are reported, especially
if the ownership changes
hands. |
