You need an amp that puts out no more than 500 watts rms per sub.The alpine is 450-500 watts rms and 1500watts MAX.ALWAYS go by the RMS ratings of SUBS and amps.Try to match without going over. Etronics warranties?
If i purchase a subwoofer or amp on etronics it asks me to buy a warranty. The warranty are 1 year or 2 year. I know most places say if you blow your sub thats not covered in the warranty. Is there anyway to get around this to get like a no strings attached warranty or anything?
The warranties being offered for extended terms is just a way for people to make more money off of you for a product. If you buy the speakers and they wear out before the guarantee that comes with your purchase the company that produced the product is liable to replace it after the stores 30 day or 90 day return policy expires and after that it is not the stores problem that you purchased it from. Stores are only guaranteers for the first 30 to 90 days. If the seller knows something they are not telling you, and you suspect as much, Don't buy from the speakers from them.

personally i would go with http://www.sonicelectronix.com / or http://www.hifisoundconnection .com/Shop/Control/fp/SFV/30046 because they have racked up some complaints and Lanzar is cheap flea market grade bottom rung mediocre at best trash, avoid it you need to stick with CEA-compliant brands- which means that the amps have been tested and produce or exceed the advertised RMS wattage with minimum distortion and the subs can handle their advertised RMS wattage also here are the top CEA-compliant brands Alpine (highly recommend) Bazooka (don't like their subs) Blaupunkt (don't like their subs) Clarion Eclipse Infinity (highly recommend) JBL JL Audio (very good but over priced) JVC Kenwood (don't like their subs) Kicker (the best in my opinion) Memphis MTX (highly recommend) Orion Pioneer Polk Audio (highly recommend) PPI Rockford Fosgate (highly recommend) Sony (don't like their subs)
