Hello,
I would like to form an Ohio
LLC but do not know much about
these matters.
I've read some (outdated)
books on the subject, and it
does not seem to hard, but I
don't know where to find
sample documents for the
paperwork that is required
(and some that is advisable)
to file.
The name legalzoom.com comes
up a lot, and I would pay the
extra $125 for them to do the
work, but apperently they
really do things slowly to
entice you to pay for the $400
"express" service.
I don't mind filing the
paperwork my self, but I don't
know what to file. |

I just did this in Nebraska. I
found LegalZoom too. They
looked okay, but I wound up
using US Legal and spent much
less. I did the downloaded
version for about $50 and
filled everything out myself.
It worked for me.
I'm glad I didn't spend all
the extra money because it was
an easier process than I
thought it would be. |
