Anyone work for Jos. A. Bank?
I currently make $16.40 an hour with benefits for the retailer I currently work for, as an assistant manager. I just got a call from Jos. A. Bank. for an interview as an assistant manager. Anyone know anything about working for them?

Your hair style sounds fine. You can tie it in a ponytail or leave it down. I've had my hair tied in a ponytail before for a bank interview. I've also worn my hair down back when it was several inches past my shoulders. Just make sure your hair is freshly washed and clean, and out of your face and eyes. Keep it simple. Bring your smile and confidence. I worked for two banks for a total of seven years. I've interviewed with four banks, and I received job offers from all of them. I currently work in human resources at a major university. Good luck on the interview. Concentrate on the questions at hand, "Tell me about yourself. What are three words your coworkers would use to describe you? What did you like least about your job? What makes you angry? Why do you want to work here? Etc." Don't worry about the hair. Dress conservatively.
I am the only one who hasrealized that Jos a Bank is ajoke?
I am never buying from this store again. I got suckered in by their "sales" (i.e. way inflated prices to begin with), but the last time I went I got three pants, all of which were butchered by the tailor and already look worn out after just a few times wearing them. Anyone care to share Jos. Bank horror stories?
