Monster.com?
Does one have to be married in order to have an account with www.monster.com?
No. Monster.com is a "find a job" site. If you are looking for an alternitive, I would reccomend www.workopolis.com.
How does MONSTER.COM andcompanies like it work for theLAWNCARE-LANDSCAPE industry?
We have been trying to improve our business practices and hiring the right people has been a constant problem--we seem to end up hiring people that the current workers know and they generally fall short of our expectations because we hire them too fast and keep them too long. What is the best way to find , attract, and keep the best employees for foreman and crew positions?
Employees WANT to stay put... They are either attracted away or driven away by employers (for the most part). Are your wages competitive? Do your employees feel 'valued'? Do you invite their input (when possible) in some business decisions? Three parts of a solid employee/employer relationship are: Truth, Empathy, Communication. Liberal application of all three of these elements will do wonders in attracting and retaining valued employees... Good Luck!
