About "Morgan Mint" Answer

value of 1886 Morgan no mintMS 64 NGC certified?
what is the value of an 1886 Morgan no mint so Philadelphia MS 64 NGC Certified. I also have a 1935 A Silver Certificate Hawaii Fantastic Shape anyone know how much this is worth?
I already answered the Series 1935A Hawaii overprint note question. The 1886 NGC MS-64 Morgan silver dollar is valued at around $50. dealers seem to be paying $45-$50 or so. It is not a rare date. Do to the economy a lot of coins are going down in price. That is the case of common date silver dollars in MS-64 and lower grades. Best to hold on to it for now.
My Morgan Silver Dollar has nomint mark. It is in a verygood condition. Does that meanit is fake?
I bought it and did not see it had no mint mark and it is in a very good condition. Does that mean it is fake? It has a date of 1886. It cost 20.00 dollars.
It was not until 1979 that a P for the Philadelphia mint got put on a dollar coin and that was the Susan B. Anthony dollar that had no silver in it. Before that silver dollars had no mint mark if it was from the Philly mint. So it is a good chance your dollar is very real. The 1886 Morgan dollar had a mintage of 19,963,000 so it is not a rare or even scarce date. I do hope the coin is in a better grade than very good for then it is worth less than the $20. A very good grade is very low for a silver dollar and is usually a non collectible grade for common date dollars. A very fine or even an extra fine can be bought for the $20 if one looks around. If you are going to buy coins do a little research on them before buying. I have heard of no fake dollars of that year for it is a common date. All silver dollars from that period of time no matter what grade is actually a historic item. Your coin could have bought a bottle of Red Eye whiskey in the old west. If it is worn then it most likely was out there.
I have a 1893-O Morgan Dollar, and The mint mark is a smallthin "O" is this a mint error?
I have a 1893-O Morgan, and I have looked at several pictures of morgans myself from the New Orleans Mint, and they all have fat "O" s. The one I have is a small thin "O". Is it a mint error?
