I need to slim down within aweek any suggestions?
I am going on vacation in 1 week, I have been exercising 10 times a week with barely any results, I feel better but I want to look slimmer since ill be in a swimsuit for the first time in a very long time. I had a baby 13 months ago and I'm still holding onto the weight. So is there anything I can do to slim down for the vacation? I have to eat SOME food so fasting is of the table. help me PLEASE.

It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
Slim down in one week?
I'm 13 years old, and I do have a tummy and would like to get rid of it before my birthday as I am going to London and the hotel has a swimming pool! And also because Im going to France in the summer with my school. I know the basic, exercise and eat healthy- I am a healthy eater but I do not exercise much- No motivation! I basically need a way to cut out unhealthy food cravings for one week and become motivated for exercise! Any help would be great, thankyou everyone! x
I am afraid nothing noticeable will be possible in a week. Getting fit and healthy is a long term commitment requiring both diet and regular exercise, indefinitely.
Will swimming three times aweek make me slim down?
I don't do much exersise and really want to change that as I have put on weight. I enjoy swimming and would rather do this than go to the gym. How many lengths and what strokes etc? Thanx guys!
Yes, you're stamina will greatly increase and you're body will definitely slim down. Just stroke and kick up and down the pool at the rate you can handle and continue working yourself up.
