How are shoes.com withexchanges/returns?
I purchased Ugg Tasmans from Shoes.com - they arrived in two different color chestnuts - one with smooth texture and darker, one with a raised texture and lighter. Honestly, it looked like a return they recycled to me. I'm willing to give it another go but online reviews show they are not so good with returns/exchanges. Anybody have experience with them here?
