What's with all the "Peace"and "Love" tees? |

Why do I keep seeing these
T-shirts everywhere? I mean,
sure, we should all believe in
Peace and Love and all, but
it's never going to happen...
So why do I keep seeing these
T-shirts for blissful teens to
buy? |

Usually teens buy them, but do
the opposite of them.
Example: PEACE- instead of
being nice to people, they
bully people.
I guess some people wear them
to make them look all nice and
sweet but usually it's the
opposite.
Well, we are in war, so I
guess people would just want
peace and love, although it's
never going to happen because
it's a big world out there-
one person isn't going to do
peace and love, people still
want to believe it's going to
happen.
It's also a style right now.
Like in the 70's it was flowy
dresses, victory/peace signs..
all of that.
I started wearing peace and
love signs long time ago- i
see them more and more in my
school now! I wear them
usually because it has
something to do with the
environment which i care about
a lot!
I guess because it's cool and
it's goes well with other
things-
Peace, Love and Rock 'n'
Roll.Peace Love Honor..
all of those things.
Great question- it's a very
good point!
those are some ideas of why i
think that.
mostly because now it's a
fashion fad.

tees. I never wear tank tops
spaggeti straps none of that.

Nope, not at all. Sounds like
a really comfortable and
well-dressed style - not
overdone, not underdone.
Tank tops are alright,
sometimes, but spaghetti strap
shirts usually look trashy and
under dressed. Like you didn't
have time to pick something
out - especially for school or
other places where lots of
people see you.
I think those tops are better
suited for summer or just
laying-around.
Make-up is never a necessity.
It's nice on some girls, but a
lot of girls look better
natural.
If you're happy with your
style, don't change it. Sounds
like you're doing just fine.
