a good store bought shade ofred to use to color my hair? ?

I looked around Homedepot and Lowe's Home fabric center, but I couln't find my favorite fabric for roman shade,roller shade or valances. At JOANN, there are many lovely fabrics but They don't take any custom made shade. And I am not good at sewing.. Please let me know a fabric store where I can order a custom made window decorations? Your best bet is to look for Notions Shops, Fabric Stores, Interior Design Shops and see if you can't find a drapery workroom or seamstress through one of these sources. Castec Shades is a national company, I think located in CA. They might have a dealer you could contact as well.
My hair is a dark blonde colorI want to dye it a light tomedium shade of brown. What isa good store brand?
I need some help in finding a color that is permanent and won't fade and has little or no amonia in it. If you have any suggestions let me know.
I think the best store brand is L'Oreal. It seems to keep the color better. My problem with it is that it's very runny and you need something like plastic wrap to put around it while it's processing. I am a dark blonde that goes medium blonde and I usually get Nice n Easy. It covers better than most brands and doesn't drip all over the place.
