How many calories an hour can
you burn using Tony Little's

have the machine but not any
of the information, and I
can't seem to use the little
PIN pad properly. Any advice

just push the button while
your working out,it wont do
anything if it isnt moving...i
have a gazelle up in my room i
love it.if you push it so many
times,you can see how many
calories you have burned,how
many miles you would be
running,how many miles per
hour,and of course,time..you
can burn about 1.5 calories
aver 10 seconds,its awsome!!
how every the battery can die
on the pad,i think it takes

Pros:
You don't have to pick up your
feet at all you glide so it is
easy on your knees and joints.
You can do it at whatever
pace, I can get on and work
hard for just 20 mins and
raise my heart rate by fully
"working" and feel it right
then.

Will work lower body more if
you lean forward, upper body
if you lean back and FULL body
while standing upright!
It folds flat. Easy to store
against a wall or under a bed.
Cons:
Where the cables connect to
the foot pegs have to be
lubricated every so often
depending on how often you
work out.
*If you fully work yourself
while working out on it you
will see and feel results. I
love mine! Sometimes I get on
and go in front of the TV with
the video or just to loud

I recently purchased the tonylittle gazelle edge I find Iget a good work out but myknees hurt .? |

My goal is to lose about
twenty five to thirty pounds.
After a thirty minute workout
I've worked up quite a sweat
but my knees hurt bad if I go
any longer than thirty minutes
I won't be able to do it the
next day because my knees
bother me too much. Has anyone
else had similar problems
using the gazelle? Any
suggestions would be helpful. |

yes! just stick to your thirty
minute one,and mabe throw in
another exersize..i work out
on my gazelle for 45
minutes,,then do 30 crunches
and 30 leg lifts...you can
gradualy ad minutes,when you
develope strength and it wont
hurt! i used to bearly be able
to do it for 10
minutes!also,if you lean
forward,you work on you
legs.if you lean back,you work
on your amrs and abs.up
straight,your doing a
modification of both....also
if you havnt noticed yet,it
hurts pretty bad when you work
out on it bear foot...wrap a
rag around the foot area! it
works great! also if you bend
your knees(i wouldnt do this
if your knees have problems,)
you will really get a great
work out on your butt! |
