does any body know where i can find a free total gym workout manual and total gym pilates manual off the internet or any where. Got a free total gym and i want to start working out. Oh this is the total gym with chuck norris.
i would try www.freetrainers.com however, i would strongly recommend trying your local bookstore as well you can get exactly what you want and overall knowledge (b/c if you put a total-gym flat on its lowest setting, it basically becomes a pilates machine)
Is using a Total Gym going tocause any growth problems formy 13 year old?
My brother gave me a Total Gym for Christmas. My 13 year old son wants to use it also. Is it ok for him. Will it cause any problems with his growth. He has grown 3 inches since September.

I was thinking about getting a Total Gym 1100. I'm thinking about using it in my dorm room, 'cause it would be much easier than going to the school gym. Is this product worth it? How much does it weigh out of the box?
