Where can I find fedoras andflat caps (ivy cap, golf cap)in a xxl size online?
I've found some really nice ones at Villagehatshop and HatsintheBelfry but I wear a size 8 fitted hat and most of their hats only go up to xl. Any help would be great.

Why do ivy caps have snapbuttons on the brim?
