take a specific degree in a
specific job or you are just
wasting time and money. Like
nursing, civil engineering
ect. Because alot of jobs are
looking for that. |

Ward further argues that
materialism is not a tenet
that can be proved nor is it a
necessary part of science.
For your info, Ward is not a
materialist. He is critiquing
it. |

give himself to things just as
he can give himself to a god,
a woman, or a drug. His
statement is NOT self
negating- saying that is like
saying "We know there can be
no supernatural entities,
because the supernatural
cannot exist". Those who limit
themselves and their reason to
only that which they can see
are no farther along than the
first man who worshipped the
sun. |
