Why does Yahoo photomail notwork on my iMac computer? |
|
I used to send mails with my
photos within the text, but
this doesn not work again with
my new computer (apple, iMac).
To send them as an attachment
I do not like, because the
people have to download them
before they see them. Can
somebody give me a hint or a
mail provider who supports
Photomail? |
 |
A lot of things are not
supported with Macs. Most of
theses services or software is
mostly for Window PC's. So
sorry you got a Mac even
though they get no viruses. |

What happend to it ?
How can I get it back ? |

Yahoo Photos is closing down
in the near future since they
bought flickr and it doesn't
make much sense to keep two
similar services running. This
also affects "Photo mail",
which is not supported
anymore.
Yahoo is not forcing
transition to Flickr -
instead, users are being given
the option of choosing among a
number of top photo sharing
sites. If you are a current
Yahoo! Photos user, you will
be given the option to export
all your photos into Flickr (a
one-click process) or you will
be able to export to a few
other services such as
Photobucket, Snapfish, Kodak
Gallery or Shutterfly. Most of
these services have built
special tools to transition
users, Flickr also confirmed
that it will soon allow users
to upload videos in addition
to photos.
